These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Pop In. By using Pop In, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Pop In provides information designed to help users understand the current activity or crowd level at places. Crowd information may be incomplete, delayed, user-submitted, estimated, or otherwise inaccurate and should not be treated as a guarantee.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse Pop In, interfere with the service, submit intentionally false or harmful information, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer the service where prohibited, or use Pop In in violation of law.

3. User Content

If Pop In allows you to submit content or crowd information, you are responsible for what you submit. You grant Pop In the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and use that content to operate and improve the service.

4. Availability and Accuracy

Pop In is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that crowd levels, venue information, operating hours, wait times, or other third-party information will always be accurate or current.

5. Third-Party Places and Services

Pop In may display information about independent venues or link to third-party services. Pop In does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their products, services, policies, or availability.

6. Accounts

If an account is required, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity under it. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

7. Changes

We may update Pop In or these Terms as the service evolves. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date above or through other appropriate notice.
